Adelphi Real World set up its internal Scientific Advisory Board at the beginning of 2022. The Scientific Advisory Board has a broad remit within Adelphi Real World, governing the scientific rationale of the work we do, ensuring the highest standards of real-world evidence data generation and analysis, and leading innovations to improve and expand to continually assess, improve and expand real world methodologies we employ, therapeutic market updates we observe and supporting analyses we run to generate meaningful insights.
The Scientific Advisory Board also play a key role in strengthening and initiating relationships with stakeholders for the evidence we create, including academic institutions, physicians, patients and their caregivers. The Scientific Advisory Board ensure that Adelphi Real World remains at the forefront of the evolving ecosystem of real-world evidence, providing thought leadership and methodological guidance to both our external stakeholders and internal teams.
One of the teams created by the Scientific Advisory Board is the Adelphi Real World Fieldwork Review Team. All Disease Specific Programmes (DSPs) are submitted for review by the Fieldwork Review Team during their design phase. The team’s remit is to ensure all DSPs meet the highest standards of design so that a high level of quality and consistency of data collection is achieved across all of our research.
