Adelphi Group recruits around 25 recent graduates each year and we are committed to helping our graduate recruits learn, develop and perform in an increasingly competitive and fast-paced environment.
All graduates join the Adelphi Graduate Academy, and participate in a formal tailored 12-month business skills development programme. The Graduate Academy is a community of graduate recruits encompassing all areas of the Adelphi Group, with shared communications and social events. This cross-group interaction not only allows our graduates to better understand the wider industry but also clearly highlights the role that each part of Adelphi plays within this.
The life of a graduate recruit within Adelphi Real World is varied and interesting. You may find yourself analysing data on day one, helping us generate evidence to provide our clients with an understanding of how their product is performing. You may start out designing real world evidence programmes, putting together the components of a programme whose end data will be published at a scientific congress.
You’ll learn how to work through every step of a real-world evidence programme, from start to finish, and finesse skills that cover everything from market research to health economics and outcomes research analysis.
What do we ask of you? We look for people who are enthusiastic and self-motivated, who understand the importance of good project and time management. You’ll need to be able to work well as part of a team but not be afraid to find your voice and be proactive.
